Sean,
Just got the Granada DVDs for about $170 from amazon -- not the $300 you quote! Very high quality.

Remember me -- Michigan Astronomy? Stumbled upon your blog because I stumbled onto Comer&Anne's site.

Best wishes --P

Thanks, Scott! Yep, I'm enjoying the podcast so far -- the amount of Sherlockian scholarship out there is somewhat overwhelming, but there seem to be multiple points of entry depending on one's interests. I'm having fun slowly going through the original stories again for the first time in years, and hope to be able to participate more in online discussions about it sometime in the future.

Sean,

Nice post. Glad to read that you're coming along in the Sherlockian world. It's easy to get overwhelmed, but just know that there are always people around to answer your questions in many forums. And thank you for mentioning I Hear of Sherlock Everywhere.

And for what it's worth, there are at least two Sherlockian wikis currently under development. If you stay tuned on the Baker Street Blog, I'll be unveiling them as they're ready.

Best,
Scott
